Thai Meteorological department forecasted that “November, Thailand may face with the new monsoon in the Northern and Eastern region, so the weather is cloudy. The heavy rain can be continually falling with little or plenty of sunshine,” said the chief Thai Meteorological department.

Severely in the southern, people should have a good preparing to handle with the disaster that it is worse than last year. Probably, they also confront with the flood as the rainfall is too much to drainage.

However, as the result of the poor situation, Dr. Jirawan Laingpanit one of the Marketing for SMEs said yesterday that “The clothes sellers have to cut down the sweater stock because of the less cooling and raining, they should turn to sell the raincoat, boots, or an umbrella for this year instead.”
